The Curriculum

Twelve weeks. Four chapters. One settled father at the end.

The Method is not a checklist of tips. It is a four-part arc — Foundations, The Daily Half-Hour, Repair & Reset, and The Long Game — taught over twelve consecutive weeks, with a coaching call on the seventh day of every week.

  1. 01 — 03

    Chapter I · Foundations

Weeks one through three rebuild the father's inner posture: naming the man he is now, the man his son watches, and the half-hour that belongs to him alone. Includes the inventory exercise and the family-rule audit.

  2. 04 — 06

Chapter II · The Daily Half-Hour

Weeks four through six install the 30-Minute Father Framework — the same repeatable window used by 11,400+ fathers. Practical rhythm: arrival, presence, conversation prompt, blessing, close.

  3. 07 — 09

Chapter III · Repair & Reset

Weeks seven through nine teach the father how to recover quickly after a hard day, a hard word, or a hard week. Conflict repair, apology scripts, and the weekly reset conversation are introduced here.

  4. 10 — 12

Chapter IV · The Long Game

Weeks ten through twelve turn the half-hour into a steady practice that outlasts the cohort. Fathers leave with a written family constitution, a 90-day continuation plan, and an alumni channel for life.

A father's Method journal open on the breakfast table beside a coffee mug and a handwritten note from his son.
The Method journal, week seven.

A father's account

I came in thinking I'd find a list. What I found was a room — first the coaching calls, then our kitchen. By week six my eleven-year-old was setting the timer himself. By week nine my wife asked what had changed. I told her the truth: nothing dramatic. Just the same half-hour, kept.
